This Policy (the "Policy") explains the way of treatment of the information that is provided or collected in the Airdrop on which this Policy is posted. In addition, the Policy also explains the information that is provided or collected in the course of using the Airdrop. Ativ is the controller of the information provided or collected in the course of using the Airdrop. Through this Policy, the Company regards the personal information of the users as important and informs them of the purpose and method of Ativ's using the personal information provided by the users and the measures taken by the Ativ for protection of those personal information.
1. Information to be collected and method of collection
1.1 Information provided by the users
Ativ may collect information that you provide directly to us, including but not limited to username, wallet information, e-mail, SNS information (e.g. Twitter ID, Discord ID etc.), and any additional information you choose to provide. We will ask you which type of data you want to provide in case we need to collect. Users have the right to decline the data collection request
1.2 Information collected while the users use Airdrop
When users agree to provide Discord account information, ATIV may collect the following information when users use Airdrop.

1.3 Method of collection
Ativ collects the information of users in a way of the followings:
Airdrop, e-mailing, tools for collection of created information
2. Data Declaration:
Excluding the conditions outlined in sections 1.1 and 1.2 regarding data collection, Ativ will NOT collect nor use user's data. User data will not be shared, sold or transferred to third parties, except within the approved use cases of Chrome Web Store. It will not be employed or transferred for purposes unrelated to the core functionality of the item, nor will it be used or transferred to assess creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
3. Use of collected information
The Company uses the collected information of users for the following purposes:
Member management and identification
To detect and deter unauthorized or fraudulent use of or abuse of the Airdrop
Performance of the contract, service fee payment, and service fee settlement regarding the provision of services demanded by the users
Improvement of existing services and development of new services
Making notice of the function of company sites or applications or matters on policy change
To make statistics on user’s service usage, to provide services based on statistical characteristics
To provide information on promotional events as well as opportunities to participate
To comply with applicable laws or legal obligations
Ativ agrees that it will obtain consent from the users if Ativ desires to use information other than those expressly stated in this Policy.
4. Data Security
Ativ implement industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Encryption of personal information;
Transmit users' personal information by using encrypted communication zone
Store important information such as passwords after encrypting it
Countermeasures against hacking;
Install a system in the zone the external access to which is controlled so as to prevent leakage or damage of users' personal information by hacking or computer virus
Establish and execute internal management plan;
Install and operate access control system;
Take measures to prevent forging or alteration of access record;
5. Protection of personal information of children
In principle, Ativ does not collect any information from children under 13 or equivalent minimum age as prescribed in the laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
6. Data Retention
Ativ retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by applicable law/regulations.
7. User’s right
The users or their legal representatives, as main agents of the information, may exercise the following rights regarding the collection, use and sharing of personal information by Ativ:
The right to access to personal information;
The users or their legal representatives may access the information and check the records of the collection, use and sharing of the information under the applicable law.
The right to rectification;
The users or their legal representatives may request to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
The right to erasure;
The users or their legal representatives may request the deletion of the information after the achievement of their purpose and the withdrawal of their consent.
The right to restriction of processing;
The users or their legal representatives may make temporary suspension of treatment of personal information in case of disputes over the accuracy of the information and the legality of information treatment, or if necessary to retain the information.
The right to data portability;
The users or their legal representatives may request to provide or transfer the information.
The right to object;
The users or their legal representatives may suspend the treatment of personal information if the information is used for the purpose of direct marketing, reasonable interests, the exercise of official duties and authority, and research and statistics.
The right to automated individual decision-making, including profiling;
The users or their legal representatives may request to cease the automated treatment of personal information, including profiling, which has a critical impact or cause legal effects on them.

Ativ will take measures without delay: Provided that Ativ may reject the request of you only to the extent that there exists either proper cause as prescribed in the laws or equivalent cause
